For 4 glasses of approx 200ml Panna Cotta each:
- 4 sheets of gelatine
- 200ml coconut milk
- 200ml whipped cream
- 50g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200g mascarpone
Fruit layer:
- 250ml cherry juice
- 100g of HARIBO Tropifrutti
